Definitive proof TS is BS

Once upon a time MJDHI was an investigation site hosted by Mo & Souza , when it was clear someone (T.S.) was trying to lead the hoax Mo left the forum and with her the investigating character of the site.

The whole cause of the hoax is/was to let people think for them self and draw their own conclusions, but meanwhile the opposite is taking place right now "believers" are spoonfed by T.S. and even banned if it doesn't fit in their assumptions. I was banned for sharing the (court proven) evidence about the 911 call.

So may I present for you and let her show for one more time what investigation looks like, the following article written by Mo

How reliable is the proof provided by TS?

4-23. The 911 Call Was at 12:21
Whether you think MJ really died, or it’s all a hoax, everyone recognizes that the whole thing kicked off with a 911 phone call placed at 12:21 PM on 6-25-09. However, all the other timing was planned: death 77 days until 9-9-09; memorial on 7-7 (full moon), and 7 years from will; burial 7 days from 9-9-09 (and essentially full moon), etc. So is it possible that the timing of the 911 call was also planned? Yes, there are several ways to show that 12:21 was planned.
First, the call was received at exactly 12:21, and 4 seconds; you can see this in the centre of the computer screen

You can be sure that emergency facilities have their time very accurate, down to the second. Also, most cell phones today have very accurate time set automatically; so it was easy for the 911 caller to know the exact time.
With most phones, you can preset a speed dial (such as 911) with one button; so it would only take a second or two to place the call. Then the 911 operator would answer immediately, as soon as the call comes through. So if the caller was waiting for the right time to make the call, 12:21—and then pushed the speed dial button—about 4 seconds into the minute is what we would expect, for when the 911 operator would receive the call.
This does not mean that the exact second was planned; it would be difficult to get the call through on a specific second. However, the exact minute was planned; and as soon as the planned minute arrived, the call was placed.
This explains why the 911 call was not made earlier. If it had been a real emergency, obviously there would’ve been no hesitation or waiting until 12:21 to make the call; but since this was all planned, down to the minute, nobody was put in danger by waiting until 12:21 to place the 911 call.

It was all very nice what TS claims here and very hopeful to the ones who believe it’s all a hoax, until September 29 2011 when Alberto Alvarez took the stand in the Conrad Murray trial.
Alvarez’s phone records (People's Exhibit 26), which were shown in court, prove that he made the 911 call at 12:20, and not at 12:21 as TS has always claimed:

Alberto Alvarez was on the phone with Michael Amir from 12:18 PM until 12:19:28. That gave Alvarez just 30 seconds to do everything he said he did in between talking to Amir and calling 911. Chernoff wrote it all down:

ALSO: While Alvarez was on the stand, a part of the 911 call was played that no one had ever heard before. When Alvarez called 911 at 12:20, his call was answered by the Beverly Hills Police Department. The Beverly Hills Police Department transferred his call over to the LA call center. It wasn’t until at least 29 seconds into the call that Alvarez got the male dispatcher on the phone, and then the 911 call as everybody knows it finally starts.
That 1 minute of time difference is extremely important in this trail. According to Alvarez’s phone records he only had about 30 seconds to perform all the events (listed above by Chernoff) after he ended the call with Amir. The DA is trying to prove that Alvarez did all these things simultaneously, so that it would all fit into the 30 seconds time frame. Chernoff highly questions all this during recross examination.
If the 911 call had been made at 12: 21 instead of 12: 20, wouldn’t the DA have pointed out to that, giving his witness and extra 60 seconds time? Instead he doesn’t even want a re redirect examination after Chernoff questioned whether there was enough time for Alvarez to shield Jackson's children, survey the room and stow away the drugs in the brief period that phone records show he was in the home before calling emergency responders. Alvarerz insisted there was, telling Chernoff, "I'm very efficient, sir." Chernoff was not convinced, questioning whether 30 seconds was enough time for the dramatic sequence to play out, and DA Walgren just lets it go. He had to, because the proof shows Alvarez indeed only had 30 seconds.
So, it is now proven that the 911 call was made at 12:20, and not at 12:21.

Back to TS, who based a huge part of his “evidence” on the 911 call made at exactly 12:21. He starts out very well by saying: “First, the call was received at exactly 12:21, and 4 seconds; you can see this in the centre of the computer screen”. If he should have left it there and base his “evidence” on the time the call was received, then the damage could have been limited. Instead, TS takes it a huge step further claiming time after time the 911 call was placed at exactly 12:21.
Had TS been an insider, he would have known that the phone records of Alvarez show that the 911 call was placed at 12:20. In that case he would have refrained from putting so much emphasis on the 911 call placed at exactly 12:21. Had TS been an insider he would also have known that these phone records would be made public one day, debunking his entire “911 call evidence” instantly. Had TS been a genuine informer, he would have avoided any chance of cracks appearing in his most important “hoax evidence”.
Well, that just says it all. Even if Alvarez called 911 at in example 12:20:55 and got connected at 12:21:04 it still proves that TS is making things up, as he keeps repeating the call was placed at exactly12:21:
  • The 911 Call Was at 12:21 (*NOT!*)
  • Also, most cell phones today have very accurate time set automatically; so it was easy for the 911 caller to know the exact time. (*OUCH!*)
  • the caller was waiting for the right time to make the call, 12:21 (*NOT!*)
  • However, the exact minute was planned; and as soon as the planned minute arrived the call was placed (*NOT!*)
  • This explains why the 911 call was not made earlier(*EPIC FAIL!*)
  • If it had been a real emergency, obviously there would’ve been no hesitation or waiting until 12:21 to make the call; (*OUCH!*)
  • but since this was all planned, down to the minute, nobody was put in danger by waiting until 12:21 to place the 911 call. (*EPIC FAIL!*)
What TS did is this:he grabbed this photo from the internet and he simply built his own fictional story around it:
